The Turath Collection is inspired by the artistry and culture of Persian rugs - an enduring symbol of heritage and craftsmanship found in so many of our homes.
Each hijab print was designed in Perth, WA, by Zahra, founder of Cloaks On You. Inspired by the nostalgia of Persian rugs, wearing the Turath Collection reminds us of the memories gathering around a Persian rug with family.
Being versatile patterns, she wanted women to be able to express a shared culture symbol into something that can be worn and represented in everyday lives.
We set out to create modal hijab samples from 5 manufacturers, until we found our selected - in order to perfect the material (100% bamboo) and print, giving a breathable lightweight hijab.
Because every print is custom-made and not taken from stock materials, production costs were higher - but the result is a hijab that’s genuinely one of a kind.

First Im trying to give you a five star rating, please fix it. I love the scarves. I have washed them and I will eventually iron them but I love the texture. They were a lot more better than I thought. Im saving one to give to a friend.
