Preorder Shipping Delay

Salam lovely,

The past few days have been stressful and sad on our end, unfortunately we’ve been informed by our manufacturer that the shipment has been delayed due to current international shipping disruptions as a result of everything happening in the world at the moment. 

وَعَسَىٰ أَن تَكْرَهُوا شَيْئًا وَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ

“Perhaps you dislike something while it is good for you.”

(Qur’an 2:216)

Allah knows best in every matter and every delay carries a wisdom we may not yet see. May He place barakah in your patience and reward you for it. 

Because of this, the scarves that were meant to be dispatched on the 17th of March will now be shipping a few days later, on the 25th of March instead.

Even though they weren’t expected to arrive by Eid when you ordered, I truly hope it’s not an inconvenience and apologise for any hassles this causes. We will be labelling all orders under express shipping for free, and partially refunding any orders that have paid extra for express, make up for it. Hopefully this way it will arrive within the same expected delivery date. 

Please know that the moment the scarves arrive, we’ll be packing and sending all orders out as quickly as possible. As soon as your order ships, you’ll automatically receive your tracking email so you can follow its journey to you.
